HOW TO PREPARE YOUR CARDS FOR SUBMISSION

Titan PC Labs accepts submissions in person at participating local card shops and through mail-in submissions. To protect your cards and ensure accurate grading, please follow the preparation steps below.

1. PREPARING CARDS FOR LOCAL DROP-OFF (PREFERRED METHOD)

Dropping off at a partner card shop is the safest, easiest, and most cost-effective way to submit cards.

Before dropping off your cards:

PROTECT EACH CARD

  • Place each card in a clean penny sleeve.

  • Insert the sleeved card into a Card Saver (preferred) or a toploader.

  • Please do not tape the card holder—use a team bag if needed.

ONE CARD PER HOLDER

Each card must be individually sleeved and protected.

ORGANIZE YOUR SUBMISSION

Bring a simple list that includes:

  • Your name

  • Email

  • Cards being submitted

  • Any custom label notes

Your shop will attach your list to your intake envelope before sending it to our lab.

2. MAIL-IN SUBMISSIONS (ADDITIONAL FEES APPLY)

For customers who are not able to drop off locally, we accept mail-in submissions.
Mail-in orders include:

  • Return shipping fees (billed separately before shipment)

PROTECT EACH CARD

  • Use penny sleeves + Card Savers/toploaders.

  • Do not tape card holders directly.

PACKAGE SECURELY

  • Wrap each card holder lightly in bubble wrap.

  • Use a rigid box—not an envelope.

  • Fill empty space so nothing shifts.

INCLUDE YOUR SUBMISSION INFORMATION

Inside your package, include:

  • Name

  • Email

  • List of submitted cards

  • Custom label instructions

  • Return address

RETURN SHIPPING FEES

Return shipping is not included in grading fees.
Once your order is completed:

  1. We will calculate the return shipping cost based on package size, weight, and insurance.

  2. We will contact you directly to collect payment for return shipping.

  3. Cards will be shipped back only after return shipping is paid.

TRACKING REQUIRED

We strongly recommend USPS Priority, UPS, or FedEx with tracking and optional insurance.
Titan PC Labs is not responsible for lost or damaged incoming shipments.

3. UNSAFE OR IMPROPER PACKAGING

Submissions may be declined—or repackaging fees may apply—if cards arrive:

  • Unsleeved

  • Stuck together

  • Bent

  • Taped directly to holders

  • Packaged in a way that risks surface or corner damage

This policy protects your cards and our lab equipment.

4. WHY LOCAL DROP-OFF IS RECOMMENDED

Local card shop drop-off provides:

  • No return shipping or mail-in handling fees

  • No transit risk

  • Faster processing

  • Assistance from shop staff familiar with Titan PC submissions

Whenever possible, we encourage in-person drop-offs.It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
